1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. anchovy paste
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 garlic cloves. minced or 2 tsp chopped garlic from a jar
1.5 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 c MCT oil (or olive oil)
Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve over Romaine lettuce; if desired sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, bacon bits, and croutons.
