Curried Chicken Salad

chicken breast, chopped or cut into chunks
1 – 20 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
2 cups sliced celery
1 cups slivered almonds (toasted)
handful or 2 of raisins and/ OR 1 twenty oz can of either mandarin orange pieces or pineapple chunks, drained
3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. Curry powder
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
2 tbsp. Lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate forĀ  3 hours before serving.
