Curry Chicken Patties

For our clean eating program.  Very simple – combine 1 pound of ground chicken or turkey, chopped onion, a few tablespoons of apple sauce (not so much that) it makes the meat too wet to form into patties). Curry powder to taste – a table spoon or two.

Form into patties and cook in non-stick skillet (only if necessary, spray very lightly with coconut oil cooking spray).
