- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL)
CATELLI® SMALL SHELL Pasta OR linguine
- 2 sliced stalks celery
- 1/2 lb (250 g) cooked salad shrimp
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) frozen peas, thawed and blanched
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) light mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) lemon juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh dill
Cook small shells according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.
Combine shells with celery, shrimp, red pepper, peas, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
