Chinese Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin
Just made this for the first time today. Needed to find something interesting to do with some pork tenderloin I thawed. Went looking for recipe ideas and came across this honey garlic pork recipe for pork tenderloin and realized I could turn this into a Chinese dish. I served with Jasmine rice, and made the modification to cut into small pieces and add sesame seeds and chopped green onion. I also thought to add a pinch of ginger to bring forth more of the Asian flavor, though I didnt do it this time around, and honestly, I didnt need it. It totally tasted like we had ordered Chinese!
This recipe is remarkably easy – very few ingredients make this simple, yet the flavor rivals recipes with long ingredient lists. Why bother with that? I say keep it simple! The flavor is fantastic. Hard to believe the ingredients are so simple. This baby’s a keeper. I really enjoyed it and Husband loved it too.
